Working with the Syrian Essential Services USAID funded program, id:rc is helping Raqqa the civil council and its electricity office assess damages, and develop an investment plan for the sector.
In this effort, the id:rc will support the development of the capacity and skills of the Committee on Energy to be able to study projects and present them to donors according to levels of priority. id:rc will also support enhancing the governance of the Committee on the electricity sector, and enable them to provide services to the people and self-reliance in the management and maintenance of projects in an optimal manner.
