Following on our previous work with the Lebanese Ministry of Environment, the id:rc was just contracted to provide Third Party Monitoring Services for the project entitled Community-based Wildfire Risk Management in Lebanon’s Vulnerable Landscapes.  In partnership with our Lebanese partner Ecocentra, an id:rc team will provide independent monitoring and verification to the Ministry on project activities, report on outputs, achieved results, and compliance with the Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) requirements, as well as, reporting on challenges, risks, and recommend mitigation measures.   Our team will validate all the work and goods executed/delivered under the project’s components and confirm that these have been implemented as per a Grant Agreement signed between the MoE and the World Bank.
