This project involved baseline measurement of the burden on the private sector resulting from a set of selected sectoral licenses and the health license issued by Greater Amman Municipality (GAM). Key areas for the success of this assignment were: utilization of a team of enumerators that are residents of the study areas, solid field management, logistics, effective communication, sustainability of the data collection teams and minimizing turnover, and quality control.
The key objectives of this assignment were:
• Allocating the various teams to the various sample lists according to a clear timetable
• Addressing the details of all logistics (maps, transportation, communication, etc.)
• Including data management and transmission plan that explains the process by which the information from the completed questionnaires are transferred
