Since 2009, id:rc has worked toward the in- house development of business process management systems based on BPEL, OpenESB, in addition to designing and implementing information retrieval systems (Lucene) and reporting tools, such as Jasper Reports.

On the consulting side, id:rc has provided technical assistance to support the firm’s projects related to ICT, data management, and systems development. This included the development of new tools and systems for data collection and analyses, M&E studies, and postproject assessments.
